Francisco Javier Sancho

Economist with extensive experience in designing, evaluating, financing and managing sustainable development projects on environment, energy, transport, agriculture, conservation and forestry, as well as in climate change, among other areas.

Master in Sustainable Development at the European School of Management and Business of Spain.  Also, Master in Project Evaluation and Macroeconomic Analysis Specialist at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Chile.

He has been speaker in his country and abroad in subjects of environment, energy, climate change and sustainable development.

This consultant has worked for 18 years for various international organizations as Work Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, CABEI Central American Bank,  for Economic Integration, United Nations Development Programme, PNUMA Risoe Centre,  and The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

The consultant also has work for national organization as Sistema de Banca para el Desarrollo, INCAE, Banco Central de Costa Rica, Dirección de Cambio Climático,  Instituto Meteorológico Nacional,   Ministerio de Ambiente y Energía,  Dirección Sectorial de Energía, ICE, RECOPE, Costa Rica por Siempre y Conservación Internacional.
