Economist with over 25 years of experience as researcher and analyst in economics, energy, finance, sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. Wide expertise in data-driven scenarios for strategic planning supporting decision-making by identifying key drivers, uncertainties and use of foresight techniques. Extensive consulting background managing projects for government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations. Skilled in designing financial tools, evaluating public policy frameworks, and modeling future outcomes for economic, environmental and social impact. Proven ability to lead multi-sectoral consultations and deliver strategic recommendations for national and regional development.
